Zafar Iqbal Khan
   He completed Masters Degree in Human Resource Management (MBA-HR) from Sarhad University of Science and Information Technology (SUIT) Peshawar. He is certified NLP practitioner and Certified NLP coach. He is CEO (Chief Executive Officer) of The Steps. He has diverse experience of working with local and multinational organizations like as Pizza Hut, BBran (Pvt) Ltd. Amjid Zia And Company (Pvt) Ltd.
He Facilitated trainings for various well known organizations including AASAAN Foundation (formerly AMAN Pakistan Foundation).
Being a Professional Coach and Trainer he trained hundreds of peoples from different sectors. Including teachers , Students and business individuals. His expertise’s include Leadership, Communication and Presentation Skills, Teaching Tools and Techniques, Proactive Learning Behaviour and Studying Skills, Motivation, Creativity, Innovation and Emotional Intelligence.
He successfully implemented various training and the recipients are demonstrating improved performance in their respective organizations and departments. After accomplishing the training course in The Steps the students has achieved their personal and academic goals.
He is personal development coach and certified hypnotist. He is leading Career Counselling project in The Steps.
